Terms & Conditions

  • Payment can be made by: Cheque, Cash, VISA, Mastercard or Debit. 

  • All sales are Net 30 days on approved accounts. Pricing is FOB Bauman Mfg., Elmira, Ontario. 

  • Prices & Information are subject to change without notice. 

  • Minimum invoice is $25.00. Applicable taxes are extra. 

Returns

  • NO ITEM MAY BE RETURNED UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY BAUMAN MFG. 

  • Non stock, custom items may not be returned for credit. 

  • Product must be in good condition, not used and ready for resale. 

  • A restocking charge may apply. 

Service Charges 

  • A service charge will be added to overdue accounts. Accounts with balances or accounts over 60 days may be placed on hold. 

Warranty

  • 90 days on replacement parts, 1 year on new equipment.
